In fact, the search feature has undergone a significant overhaul. Publications are no longer accessible through the search! However, don’t fret—Dr. Yildiz's article also provides a workaround.

If you’re like me and delve into the comments, you’ll notice that publications are now integrated with member content! The entire search interface appears revamped, beginning with an altered autocomplete display. Take a look at this screenshot as I searched for "Illumination":

On the bright side, I appreciate that I can now see top results for people, publications, and tags prominently. Clicking on a publication or author conveniently redirects you to the appropriate link. However, if I skip selecting any results and proceed to the comprehensive search page, I find that Publications yield no results!

What a surprise! After further exploration, it appears that the People tab now includes publications. Yes, indeed! When I searched for "Illumination," I discovered not only the publication itself but also a curated version titled "Illumination-Curated."

As a former software tester, I find myself grumbling over this development! Nevertheless, I appreciate that the search functionality has improved overall. For instance, when searching on my profile, I can now find content more effectively—something that was previously lacking. Using the same term yielded a more relevant output:

No longer do I have to wade through all my articles or resort to vague searches! This enhancement is invaluable, as it simplifies the process of embedding posts. Previously, I had to open another tab and comb through my articles to find the correct link for interlinking older posts, which could be quite the hassle. Thankfully, the comprehensive platform-wide search remains accessible.
