In the words of Benjamin Franklin, “By failing to prepare, you are preparing to fail.” With the recent changes on Medium and the typical slowdown of the summer months, many writers are hesitant to even consider the possibility of achieving substantial success, let alone devising a strategy to generate a $1,000 monthly income.

Having spent over five years teaching online, I’ve come to realize that the cornerstone of success lies in preparation. Earning $1,000 a month on Medium may seem daunting for many, yet it is entirely achievable. I have witnessed numerous writers reach this milestone, and I have accomplished it myself on several occasions.

It’s only deemed impossible until someone actually does it!

To earn $1,000 in August, you need to average about $33 per day. While some days may yield less and others more, the critical element is not to be discouraged by daily fluctuations but rather to execute a well-structured plan throughout the 31 days of August 2024.

Or do you invest time in meticulous planning days, weeks, or even months in advance, ensuring that when the day arrives, you can relax and celebrate with your loved ones as envisioned?

The same principle applies to your writing journey on Medium. When you are well-prepared, success becomes attainable, and that preparation serves as a solid foundation for your desired outcomes.
